Given our expertise in criminal defence over many years, we have strong ties to leading barrister’s chambers throughout the country, as well as a range of expert witnesses such as forensic accountants and DNA and fingerprint experts. We have close working relationships with leading KC’s (Kings Counsel) and senior barristers, relationships which have been built up over many years.

The firm is headed by the Director Urfan Mahmood who has been involved in criminal defence for over 25 years. Having qualified as a solicitor in 1997, Urfan has extensive experience exclusively in all aspects of criminal defence, including a significant track record of having been involved as a defence solicitor in numerous serious and complex cases including multiple defendant cases, cases with complex legal and procedural issues, as well as criminal prosecutions with extradition and jurisdiction issues.
